The Court of Appeal in Leeuwarden jurisdiction in an appeal case concerning the discriminatory door policy with a club Almere. In March and April 2011 the club used a quota for male visitors with a dark complexion. In practice Surinamese men were denied when, in the eyes of the club, too many non-white people in the club were present. In this case there had been an acquittal oktober 2014. But the Court does not agree. Both the owners are convicted as a porter for carrying a discriminatory door policy. Both owners have 1750 euro fine, whose 750 euro conditionally. gets a porter 850 euro conditional penalty.
