The court in Utrecht considers that a rural bank the right wing extremist Patrick de Bruin from Veenendaal may refuse as intermediary in the sale of financial products such as mortgages. They reject him because of his extreme right-wing activities at clubs like Voorpost in the NVU. In 2011 De Bruin had here a case before the Equal Treatment Commission (Now Board for the Protection of Human Rights) won over, but the court disagreed and suggests here that the bank can refuse him because their reputation could be harmed.
