The Court of Appeal in Den Bosch has an appeal hearing against two Polish men in October 2010 accomplices were the racist murder of a taxi driver in Kaatsheuvel. This appeal is only about two alleged accomplices. The main culprit was in April 2012 sentenced to fifteen years in prison, but did not appeal. The accomplice of about 46 years now receive a prison sentence of eighteen years, which is three years longer than his previous conviction. The younger fellow suspect 27 year acquitted again, but given a heavier sentence for another robbery. The judge gives him for a year extra and comes four years in prison. In oktober 2010 the main culprit and his accomplice were aware, from racist motives, a driver picked black people to rob and murder. De 46 old man goes to the Supreme Court and its treatment in April 2015.
