The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in two cases about a Muslim man late September 2011 was dismissed as a temporary employee of an agency from Amsterdam. He was employed by a company in Reeuwijk. He would have been fired because he refused a female executive shake hands. He feels discriminated against because of his faith. The company denies this ground, but can not find good. The complainant bears no evidence or witnesses. Hence the Board can only lead to an acquittal decision.
