A man from Deventer must Zwolle appear in court for simple insult and group insult in Deventer in april 2013. He then said to three people: “You are Jews, you must go back to Palestine, you must be gassed. You are pigs, they must gass you all, you must go back to Palestine“. He also spat in the face of one of the people. He is acquitted for the spitting and the group insult, but for the simple insult he gets a one-week suspended jail sentence and has to pay small damages.
