De afgelopen weken roert de actiegroep ‘Venray Pedovrij’ zich. De groep wil dat de veroordeelde kindermisbruiker Benno L. niet in Venray wordt opgesloten maar de doodstraf krijgt. Daarvoor verspreidde de actiegroep folders en stuurde een brief aan alle raadsfracties van Venray.
