The Board for the Protection of Human Rights will assess a complaint from a number of Moroccan employees of a company from Zwaag. They got in October 2011 a letter from their employer that their exceptional position to take on longer holidays lapses. Moroccan workers were allowed to always four weeks' holiday connected, while the rest but should attach three weeks together. The Board sees no discrimination in this, but rather the removal of a discriminatory situation.

The Equal Treatment Commission rules on a company Zwaag that an advantageous holiday scheme for Moroccan employees wants to align with the other employees. Until now, the Moroccans were allowed to take a consecutive week's holiday in connection with the car trip to Morocco. According to the Commission, the company does not discriminate by abolishing this scheme. She believes that the scheme itself makes a direct distinction based on race, and that this comes to an end by doing away with it.
