The Board for the Protection of Human Rights will assess a complaint from a number of Moroccan employees of a company from Zwaag. They got in October 2011 a letter from their employer that their exceptional position to take on longer holidays lapses. Moroccan workers were allowed to always four weeks' holiday connected, while the rest but should attach three weeks together. The Board sees no discrimination in this, but rather the removal of a discriminatory situation.
