A newspaper registers about a criminal case Amsterdam, where the police judge has acquitted an Amsterdammer from drug possession, because the police only checked the car he was in with a friend because of their appearance. The two Moroccan-Dutch men drove at the end oktober 2015 at Vinkeveen over the highway when the police decided on one “dynamic control“. They find some cocaine and the man gets a suspended fine. The magistrate, however, excludes the drug discovery from the evidence because the car was only checked for “the ethnic characteristics of the occupants“, causing discrimination.

On a highway at Vinkeveen Police see two young men of Moroccan-Dutch origin in a car driving. They decide on one ‘dynamic control', which begins as a traffic, but police eventually hopes to search the car.
