A newspaper registers about a criminal case Amsterdam, where the police judge has acquitted an Amsterdammer from drug possession, because the police only checked the car he was in with a friend because of their appearance. The two Moroccan-Dutch men drove at the end oktober 2015 at Vinkeveen over the highway when the police decided on one “dynamic control“. They find some cocaine and the man gets a suspended fine. The magistrate, however, excludes the drug discovery from the evidence because the car was only checked for “the ethnic characteristics of the occupants“, causing discrimination.

Therefore, there is discrimination and control unlawful.
