On a highway at Vinkeveen Police see two young men of Moroccan-Dutch origin in a car driving. They decide on one ‘dynamic control', which begins as a traffic, but police eventually hopes to search the car. This, the officers search the vehicle and found eight wraps of cocaine. While the later criminal case the police judge clears the Amsterdammer from drug possession, because the car was only checked because of ‘the ethnic characteristics of the occupants'. Therefore, there is discrimination and control unlawful.
