Provincial Coalition Talks Inexperienced FvD holds key in Brabant formation

The choice of the VVD and the CDA in North Brabant to have coalition talks with the Forum for Democracy, is not received with cheers everywhere. But the enormous fragmentation in the Provincial States may still drive the parties in each other's arms.
