The Equal Treatment Commission has asked for its opinion by a Bulgarian man who 2011 effort has to be admitted to training in Tandprothetiek Utrecht. He feels discriminated against because of the obstacles that are raised such as recognition of foreign qualifications and the skill with Dutch language. According to the committee, the school has discriminated against him based on his nationality, but there is talk of prohibited discrimination by treating his discrimination complaint careless.
