A school in Utrecht Points in March 2013 off an Iranian boy as a student because he scores sufficiently on the Dutch language. He has, however, made a successful Cito and recently lived five years in Iran. That explained his language delay. A discrimination complaint was lodged and today represents the Board for the Protection of Human Rights that the school has prohibited discrimination on grounds of race.
