The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a woman who rented an office in Roosendaal. In februari 2013 The landlord says the temporary contract due to inconvenience and thefts. The woman would only hold office, but the place used as a drop-in center for asylum seekers under administration. She was not always honest about things. The landlord said he no Africans in the property and wants a fellow African women in Africa can better work. The Board therefore proposes that the landlord prohibited discrimination on the grounds of race. There is no harassment or victimization.
