The municipal committee of appeal Amsterdam shall rule on the objection 21 Persons from the Sinterklaas entry on 17 november 2013. They object to the racist character of Zwarte Piet. The permit is not withdrawn and the objections are rejected. Legally it can not be concluded that Black Pete is racist. Furthermore, the mayor argues that it is not an administrative matter, but a public debate.
