Before slavery memorial in Oosterpark Amsterdam calls for a “drunk miscreant with a spray can” a tent where the wreaths to commemorate ready laid. He daubs some wreaths and destroy one of them. After a brief scuffle with security guards, the police nab the troublemaker. The man's motive is unclear. However, there is also a protest of their own circle around the memorial due date choice. On the night following the wreath laying (So the night 30 June, 1 juli) strangers have almost all the wreaths that removed enshrined in the monument and dumped in the bushes.
