In Straatsburg there is a vote in the European Parliament. this brings Marcel de Graaff of the PVV-fraction illegal a vote on behalf of Marine le Pen van Front National. This allows him hangs a suspension overhead due to vote fraud. Marine le Pen was not present, but nevertheless appeared to have cast its vote.
