The Board for the Protection of Human Rights sees no evidence of discrimination by a playgroup in Zaandam. That put a group of children of non-Dutch descent together, separately from native Dutch children. The purpose of the measure was to give extra- early childhood education to prevent language delay. It just goes to extra support and guidance to young children.
