The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a matter of a Surinamese-Dutch worker who was confronted by a company with racist jokes Amsterdam. As she was told “can not study monkeys” when she asked for a study allowance and was a knuffelaap put on her office chair. Beginning of February 2014 she went to Artis Zoo parking and mailed her supervisor: “say hello to the monkeys”. The Board proposes that no distinction is made with respect to a bonus scheme during her maternity leave. However, the company has prohibited discrimination made against women on the grounds of race in the treatment.
