A candidate with a foreign name was in March 2012 rejected by a company Amsterdam. If he then another applying to a Dutch nepnaam he gets a positive response. Nevertheless, the Equal Treatment Commission states today that there was no discrimination. There was an internal misunderstanding at the company.
