In Alphen aan den Rijn a man is guilty of insulting a motorist and officials in a traffic quarrel. He is also guilty of incitement to hatred, discrimination or violence. He insults the special investigating officers (BOA’s) by saying: “Canceraap, kankerneger, kankerzwarte, cancer lyer and cancer whore“. He also says at the police station “Dirty Cancer Blacks, they have to shoot them” in the presence of a dark cop. He must februari 2017 to appear in court.
