In Lelystad a man gets a partly suspended community service order. In January 2017 he had threatened someone by in Lelystad to swing in his direction with a cleaver or ax. He destroys the car of his opponent and voices insults “kankerhoeren, Cancerzwarten“. He is found guilty on all counts.
