The Board for the Protection of Human Rights shall decide on a complaint of a Romanian man who in August 2013 was refused at a nightclub in Amsterdam. The doorman told not to allow Romanian men. Later he was an intervention from the manager still inside. The Board proposes that prohibited discrimination is made on the basis of race or nationality.
