A court ruling in Maastricht in criminal proceedings against seven employees and owners of coffee shops Maastricht which sold soft drugs to foreigners. The court said that while indirect discrimination is to deny to foreigners, but that it is not contrary to the law. The coffee shop owners get around this hefty fines and conditional community service. They will appeal.
