In an unknown municipality, an Antillean-Dutch woman wants to buy fruit from a market stall. She touches the fruit and the greengrocer who calls is not allowed to do that: “You don't have to come here anymore foreigner, get out of here foreigner, fuck off here“. The woman filed a complaint with the College for Human Rights, that pronounces in februari 2017.
