The magistrate in Haarlem gives DPK-foreman Hero Brinkman a conditional fine of 500 Euro because it in March 2010 his neighbor in Middenbeemster threatened with an ax. At that time, Brinkman was still MP for the PVV. Brinkman only want to accept an acquittal and will appeal.
