The Court Maastricht provides that the mayor should not have close a coffee shop because of the sale of soft drugs to foreigners. The mayor has not sufficiently been shown that a less drastic measure, it was possible. The owner of the coffee shop experience the obligation to keep foreigners as discrimination. He wants them below or simply allow again. The mayor responds by saying that foreigners are not welcome and remain in the coffee shops. There are more lawsuits below.
