A lawsuit in court in Den Bosch which was brought by a resident of a future asylum seekers' center in Oss. The woman lives close to the location and she absolutely does not want any 300 asylum seekers come to live near her. The preliminary relief judge states that the municipality has sufficiently considered safety and has chosen a location where possible nuisance and unsafety are limited as much as possible.. Opposite the location is, for example, the police station. So the judge rejects the woman's request and the AZC can just come.
