The Board for the Protection of Human Rights gives a ruling on a complaint by a Moroccan-Dutch PhD student at a university in Amsterdam. The woman is Muslim and would 2013 get promoted. In May 2013 is an anonymous tip sent to the university in which the wife is accused of plagiarism. The Muslim says this anonymous person is discriminatory motives. After the university has put the tip on its site, writing papers about it. They call her name and mention her Moroccan. Also mentioned rumors about an alleged affair, she would have with her supervisor. The woman asked the university to protect her from the negative press, but did not the institution. The Board proposes that the university it has not discriminated against by taking anonymous complaints about her research into treatment. But the institution did have to do more to protect women against publications with a discriminatory. The university has made so guilty to making illegal discrimination based on race and religion by not examining the possibilities were there to protect her.
