The Board for the Protection of Human Rights pronounces on complaints by some Christian- and migrant organizations against the State Secretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment to Den Haag. The organizations complain of discrimination based on race by putting the cost divider standard A.I.O. claimants. The Board proposes that this scheme can not be compared with the state pension and the Ministry therefore does not unlawful discrimination on grounds of race.
