The Board for the Protection of Human Rights pronounces on an allotment association in Almelo. Who decided at a meeting in August 2014 to admit any more members, that come from the local refugee center. Three committee members of the allotment association then filed a discrimination complaint because the association of people with a foreign name would close and would apply a different allocation policy for asylum seekers. The Board proposes that the exclusion of foreigners is insufficient evidence. The documents are not provided with a date. However, be established that the association discriminates against asylum seekers by installing an additional barrier for them, means an additional screening interview, it does not apply to other members. The allotment association also is guilty of victimization by suspending the three complainants as member. Anyone who complains should therefore not be duped additional discrimination, otherwise there is victimization.
