Turkish-Dutch man felt in February 2014 discriminated against by colleagues at the Tax Department in an unfamiliar place. He filed a complaint with the help of an anti-discrimination agency from Arnhem. The conflict escalated in February 2014 so that Turkish man was fired. The Board for the Protection of Human Rights says that the man can not show that his employer did not protect him against discrimination. He was fired because of his ethnicity or religion, also can not be proved. Finally, the Board sees no evidence that he has been discriminated against by a project. The complaint is therefore unfounded.
