From 22 November to 8 December lets a man in Nijmegen deliberately insulting African people on multiple occasions in public because of their race. He yells several times at his new neighbors: “they come to live here? Do I get foreigners living above me again? I don't want Africans and I don't want blacks. I don't want Boko Haram, I don't want blacks. Those Africans must stay at home, they should not come here“. He also painted a cry on the door of the central storage room and the house of his new neighbors. Op 29 november does this situation escalate. A criminal case follows februari 2017.
