The Dutch Railways today are reviewed by the Board for the Protection of Human Rights. In november 2012 there was a control station Zwolle where a woman with a dark complexion have been audited three times. She argues that this was only selected people with dark skin. She has filed a complaint of discrimination, but here chooses anonymity. The NS argues that they can not find the incident. For lack of evidence the Board proposes that no distinction is made on grounds of race.
