The Board for the Protection of Human Rights assesses a complaint from a Polish woman because she late September 2014 was refused by a merchant from a major provider of phone Den Haag. They can be any customer, because she has no Dutch passport. In its defense, the phone company says they do have a policy for foreign customers, but they may prove insufficient that it has applied in this case this policy. The subscription is the Polish woman simply refused. The Board therefore proposes that there has been unlawful discrimination against women, on grounds of nationality.
