A construction company from Rosmalen had in juni 2012 a Romanian man should not be denied access to work. They thought he needed a work permit. Because he is married to a Dutch woman, he doesn't need that. The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights states today that the company has therefore made prohibited distinctions based on nationality.
