Within a refugee center in Overloon is a tense situation arose between groups of asylum seekers of various nationalities. It is this restless night for the second consecutive day. On the night of Wednesday 19 on Thursday 20 November, there are mutual fights with sticks, iron pipes and knives. Eight people have to intervene to hospital and police. Ethnic tensions play a role in the brawl last night. A group of tipsy Eritreans would have embarked on Syrian asylum seekers, after a complaint about noise. The official authorities however deny that ethnic tensions, it to 'interpersonal tensions’ go. The applicants themselves say that the Eritreans insloegen angry at anyone who is not black.
