A temporary employee of a company from Terneuzen fired because he reported sick. He has a hernia which he needs surgery. The recently made his colleagues nasty comments about the homosexuality of the temporary worker. The company has said those colleagues to stop this. The temp should a discrimination complaint in which he stated that he was dismissed for his homosexuality and chronic disease. He argues that the colleagues went their comments after the company told them to stop this.
