The Equal Treatment Commission today jurisdiction in a case against an American company with a branch in Amstelveen. They pointed in June 2011 a Cuban candidate the door because of his nationality. Because of a trade boycott US companies take no Cubans in service. But according to Dutch law, there is this question of prohibited discrimination based on nationality.
