The Board for the Protection of Human Rights sees no evidence of discrimination against a Spanish woman by an architectural firm from Amsterdam. She was dismissed after an unsolicited application for an internship because there was no vacant place and more are not in education. It was then said that the agency takes only trainees with Dutch, German or French nationality and training, but that was not important in the rejection.
