In the evening the police arrest two thirteen-year-old boys Zwolle. They are caught red-handed vandalizing a new-build home. They made footsteps and swastikas in a still wet cement screed. The police are investigating whether the boys are also responsible for the same type of vandalism 6 april 2017.
