The Board for the Protection of Human Rights sees insufficient evidence of discrimination by a company from Vlissingen. In a reorganization 2013 were proportionately more older workers and people with non-Dutch origin made redundant. There is a presumption of discrimination, but it is not strong enough for a conviction.
