The Board for the Protection of Human Rights states that in an American company with a branch Amsterdam an Indian woman has discriminated against her in June 2014 dismiss because of her accent. It was a job as a call center employee to call on English speaking clients. The woman has English as its mother tongue. The company wanted customers therefore did not have the idea to speak with a call center and had no preference for native speaker accent.
