The Board for the Protection of Human Rights considered a complaint of a Moroccan-Dutch woman against her former employer in the financial sector Amsterdam. The woman is Muslim and worked 2002 halfway 2014 at the company. She claims that she was discriminated against on grounds of her race, religion and gender. Because the woman at the dismissal but signed a settlement agreement stating that both parties have nothing apart recover, College considers inadmissible the woman in her complaint.
