A care in Den Haag rejects an Islamic man who applied for a position of counselor in a crisis department. The man has indicated that he does not want to touch women and to pray five times a day. The healthcare institution sees a risk in this, it is dangerous to leave the group alone for a while and in situations of violence he must be able to touch women. He indicates that he will touch women in extreme situations, however, doubts remain with the healthcare institution. They reject him and the man files a discrimination complaint.
