A judgment of the Board for Human Rights in the case of a gay man from Surinam who worked as a night porter in a hotel in Naaldwijk. The doorman had juni en september 2014 negative experiences with guests in the hotel. He was threatened and insulted with such epithets “kankernikker, kankernicht, fagot, moron, etc.” In response to the complaints did the hotel put the night porter to another hotel, what he did not want.
