The Equal Treatment Commission today ruled that a home care organization in Oss en Den Bosch the end of January 2012 an applicant discriminated against on account of his race and gender. They pointed a Ghanaian nurse because of his dark skin in combination with the fact that he is a man. It was thought to foresee that this would not be accepted by the clients of the home care organization.
