The Board for the Protection of Human Rights makes decision in the case of two Moroccan-Dutch men in May 2015 have been refused entry to a club Den Haag. The Board proposes that the complainants did not demonstrate that there is a link between the denial and their origins. Hence, the Executive that has not shown that there is unlawful discrimination on the grounds of race.
