The chairman of an LGBT organization in Groningen gets it up with his neighbor. The chairman complains about loud music and asks if it can be softer. The neighbor calls: ‘piss -niches‘ and threatens to throw in the windows with beer bottles. The police sees it as an ordinary neighbor's quarrel. However, the chairman reports discrimination and threat and he sees it as gay discrimination.
