The Board for the Protection of Human Rights shall decide on a complaint from a woman with dark skin against her former employer Middelburg. She worked in a department with demented elderly. In 2013 replied one of them violently whenever her presence and made discriminatory remarks that patient. Because this patient is not attributable to, to preserve the peace and to protect women against discrimination itself, it is then transferred to another department. She did this do not. After they 2014 retired she filed discrimination complaint. The Board, however, that there was no discrimination.
